Immediate Support

Imaging Systems sales and services programs set us apart from the competition. We set high standards regarding initial quality as well as the follow-on support we offer. Our goal is to react promptly and accurately to all customer needs and provide the highest level of quality and support.

Maintenance and Repair

Imaging Systems undertakes repairs in-house, or we can send trained technicians to your facility to do the repairs or maintenance on your equipment.

On-site Technical Assistance

Our Service Technicians can provide after sales service support at your facility throughout the world from our various locations. Support services can include system installation assistance, training or emergency service. When requested by our customers, we are required to supply after sales technical assistance for our products. These services are available at mutually agreed service rates.

Billing rates are flexible to accommodate visits from a few hours to several days, plus expenses. Flat rate Maintenance Contracts are also available for our customers. These have been designed to provide the most cost effective on-site service possible to assure optimum performance for your scheduled camera work. This is done by planning visits to regions well in advance to provide preventative maintenance, training and standard upgrades.

Third Party Service

Many areas of the world are serviced by IST Sales and Service Representatives. These organizations have received detailed training on installation, operation, maintenance and service of IST equipment. Several international territories without service representation are currently being evaluated for development of local service centers.

Spare Parts

Replacement part kits have been designed to easily support customer repairs. These kits are provided with instructions to explain installation and calibration steps to improve the speed and accuracy of the repair. Most parts are available in stock to ensure rapid support in emergency situations.

Please include the part number or description of your system and serial number, if available. In addition, please describe the problem you are experiencing with your equipment.

Training Courses

Training Courses are designed to provide the customer with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to provide first-line repair and maintenance, and camera system set-up.

Course Instruction Includes:

• Picture Enhancing Demonstration
• Fault Finding Tests
• Review of all system Components and Accessories

Commissioning

Major project expertise and in depth CCTV knowledge is key to our ability to supply everything from large turn-key systems for surveillance applications to single system installations. We employ professionally qualified system and design engineers experienced in managing CCTV projects from conceptions to final on-site commissioning.
