JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & CORE FUNCTIONS:

  • Initially assist in project management tasks for ERP, Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence and the Salesforce One Org projects while the Salesforce project ramps up.
  • To focus on Salesforce One Org project upon its kick off. Create all project artifacts including project charter, project budget, project schedule, and issues list. Actively manage tasks to ensure project timeline and budget are met. Prepare status documentation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Education & Qualifications

  • PMP preferred but not required.
  • Bachelors in IT or relevant technical education is needed.

Skills

  • Bi-lingual English and French preferred
  • Experience managing Salesforce projects is highly desirable; Ideally, experience managing a merge of Salesforce instances.
  • Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook is must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.

Work Environment – Possible locations include: Meriden, CT / Atlanta, GA / Lamanon, France / potential to work remote in the USA.
