Regional Product Support

Mirion Technologies prides itself on our intense focus on customer support. We have local and regional offices worldwide to assist with technical assistance, on-site repairs and product maintenance.

How to find support contacts for your product:

  • Please use the search tool to find a specific product
  • Navigate to the support contacts by clicking on "support" at the top of the product page
  • Locate the Support phone number or email address
  • Remember! You can always just have a Mirion representative contact you by filling out our contact form.


Office Locations Near You

Our regional product support is broken down into three distinct areas:

  • The Americas
  • Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
  • Asia, and Pacific Regions (APAC)

Each product page has local support and sales contacts assigned directly to the product detail page. Search for your product with our site wide search tool then click the "support" in the product page navigation. You should then find local office contact information for that product.

Software Downloads

The link is to a ZIP file that contains the software installation file and a Read Me file. The download will start once you click the link. The file is over 45MB, so please give it some time to download. The software is access controlled, so you will need to create an account and request access to the software.
