TeamViewer is software that allows our Support Specialists to control your computer remotely. It is a great way for us to quickly get to the bottom of the issue you are having. You will need to download the free TeamViewer software by clicking the TeamViewer button on the right.
Once you start up the TeamViewer CANBERRA Module you will be shown an ID and Password. Our Support Specialist will need this information to connect to your computer.
After downloading the TeamViewer Software, make sure you contact our Support team to setup your Remote Support Session.
