The Clinical Application Specialist role covers two main areas of responsibility including Customer Training and Support to customers who may experience issues with their software product.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following and may change depending on business needs

Customer Training

Effectively deliver independent onsite and remote educational training on the use of Sun Nuclear products
Complete all pre-work and effectively communicate the training plan to the customer.
Assist in the development of training materials including but not limited to Power Point presentation, syllabus, and user documentation/instructions

Customer Support

Interface with customers to resolve cases and assist in troubleshooting escalated issues in a timely manner
Identify customer needs and determine internal resources needed for resolution

Other

Document promptly and correctly in Salesforce and/or TaskRay all activities related to each Training, Adoption or Support task, including but not limited to emails, phone calls and signed documents
Attend conferences and trade shows as needed
Create Knowledge base articles on processes and troubleshooting steps to help the team if similar issues are encountered in the field
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested occasionally

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

BSc. or MSc. in Medical Physics, Dosimetry, or related discipline
Clinical experience in Radiation Therapy is an advantage
Technical training/education/support experience in a professional or academic environment is desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group via phone/face-to-face
Strong technical aptitude, experience of web-based applications, comfortable with learning new technologies and industry standards
Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented, and possess strong time management skills.
Able to manage many work streams simultaneously
Willingness to travel
Driver’s License required. Passport recommended
