Please be sure to check with your shipping carrier to see if they require the physical address or if they can deliver to the P.O. Box address.

EMERGENCY BADGE PROCESSING SERVICE: FOR QUICK TURNAROUND OF YOUR DOSE RESULTS?

Requirements:

• Prior email notification to [email protected], marked with HIGH PRIORITY & “Emergency Read” in the subject, before your emergency processing order is shipped to Mirion Dosimetry Services.
• ALL Emergency Processing shipments (of dosimeters for emergency processing) must be accompanied by a signed authorization form.
• Mirion Dosimetry Services will respond with results (by fax or email) within a 24-hour period from the time of receipt.
• Emergency charges include both a per occurrence charge plus a per badge charge to be processed.
