Women@Mirion Employee Resource Group

In 2023, Mirion launched its first employee resource group, Women@Mirion.

At Mirion, we are committed to building a team-based culture that is mission-driven and shaped by the diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of our employees. Open to all employees, Women@Mirion aims to connect, inspire and empower women across our growing global employee base through quarterly virtual events such as leadership panels, roundtables and workshops.

With over 100 participants, the group’s vision is to create a culture of inclusivity and empowerment that fosters collaborative supporting relationships within the walls of Mirion.
