Thomas Logan

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Logan is the founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mirion Technologies, where he is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations. Previously, Mr. Logan served as CEO for Global Dosimetry Solutions. Mr. Logan has more than 30 years of energy industry experience. In addition, he has extensive experience within the contract manufacturing and consumer products industries. Mr. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master in Business Administration from Cornell University.

Emmanuelle Lee

Chief Legal Officer

Emmanuelle Lee has served as Deputy General Counsel of Mirion Technologies since 2011 and General Counsel since 2018. Ms. Lee’s prior positions include corporate counsel positions with FrontRange Solutions (now Ivanti) and PeopleSoft (now Oracle), and attorney at the law firm of Ropers Majeski, Kohn & Bentley. In addition, she started her career as a parliamentary aid to the late Xavier de Villepin, a French Senator who represented French expatriates and headed the Senate Committee for Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Armed Forces. Ms. Lee received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, California and her French law degree from Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Brian Schopfer

​Chief Financial Officer

Brian was named the Chief Financial Officer in May 2020 and now oversees both the Finance and IT functions for Mirion. Prior to becoming CFO, Brian was Senior Vice President, Business Transformation, focusing on leading our LEAN organization and other performance improvement initiatives. From 2016 to 2018, he led the successful integration of Canberra in this role. Before Mirion, Brian held senior finance leadership positions at Dover Corporation, SunEdison, and John Wood Group PLC.

Shelia Webb

Chief Technology Officer

Shelia Webb assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer in July 2019.  She was previously the Spectroscopy Division President for three years.  Prior to the Canberra acquisition, she served as Vice President of Engineering for Canberra Industries.  Throughout the past twenty three years, she held a series of management positions within Canberra in Product Management, Product Development and Services. She began her career in Oak Ridge, TN managing a Radiochemistry Laboratory while working for Lockheed-Martin Energy Systems in the Analytical Chemistry Division. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Tennessee Wesleyan University.

James Cocks

Chief Product Officer

James Cocks assumed the role of Chief Product Officer in July 2022. He was previously North America Detection & Measurement Division President for three years and, for three years prior to that, Characterization Division President. James served as Chief Technology Officer for Canberra Industries before its acquisition by Mirion in 2016. During his 17 years with the company, he held management positions in Product Management, Engineering and Business Development. He began his career as a Research Physicist working at the Accelerator Laboratory at University of Jyväskylä, Finland. He holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics from Liverpool, UK and an MBA from Henley Business School, UK.

Alison Ulrich

Acting Chief Human Resources Officer

Alison Ulrich was named Acting Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2022. Prior to becoming Acting CHRO, Alison served as the Global HR Director for Mirion and was responsible for managing and building the HR function to support our growing employee base, leading our global HR initiatives and policies, and implementing programs to elevate the employee experience across the board. Alison has been with Mirion since 2004.

Loic Eloy

Industrial Group President

Loic Eloy was named President of the Industrial Group in April 2022. He has been with Mirion since 2014 and prior to taking this position, Loic served as the President of the Radiation Monitoring Division as well as other management positions in Finance, Project Management and Sales. Before joining Mirion, Loic worked for various companies such as Siemens and Areva, with international experience in the US, Mexico, UK, Germany, France and Thailand.

Michael Rossi

Medical Group President

Michael Rossi was named Medical Group President in October 2022. Before Mirion, Michael served as the Head of Radioligand Imaging for the Advanced Accelerator Applications, a Novartis Company. Michael also spent five years at Jubilant Pharma where he served in several different roles including President of Jubilant Radiopharma, and brings experience from GE Healthcare, Tyco Healthcare/Mallinckrodt and Syncor International. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences and holds an Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist Certification from Butler University. He has served on several Boards of Directors and remains a Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania.

Erin Schesny

Vice President, Integrated Marketing

Erin Schesny was named Vice President of Integrated Marketing in October 2022 and oversees Mirion’s product launch and downstream marketing efforts. Erin joined Sun Nuclear Corporation in January 2019 as the Senior Director of Marketing, responsible for developing a functional marketing organization and deploying strategic, multi-channel initiatives. After the acquisition of Sun Nuclear in 2021, Mirion shifted to a group operating model and Erin led the rebranding strategy for the Mirion Medical Group. Erin has over 18 years of experience in the radiation therapy industry having held various marketing leadership roles with Elekta and ViewRay. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Randolph-Macon Women’s College.

Alex Gaddy

Vice President, Strategy

Alex Gaddy was appointed the role of Vice President of Strategy in October of 2022. Since joining Mirion in 2019, he led the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Team and Investor Relations efforts, supporting the transformation of Mirion becoming a public company. Mr. Gaddy has 15 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy in prior positions with Novelis, McKesson, Avient Corporation and Altium Packaging. Alex holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Clemson University.
