Mirion has partnered with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the world’s leading intergovernmental forum for scientific and technical cooperation in the nuclear field. Together, we are working to advance radiation detection and measurement capabilities that safeguard people and the environment around the world.

A Partnership for Global Impact

In September 2025, Mirion signed an agreement that combines its technical expertise and instrumentation with the IAEA’s reach and leadership to strengthen global radiation safety, education and environmental protection through the Terrestrial Environmental Radiochemistry (TERC) Laboratory.
