San Ramon, CA: Mirion Technologies, Inc. announced it has acquired Capintec, Inc. (now renamed “Mirion Technologies (Capintec), Inc.”) a leading supplier of calibration and measurement technologies for nuclear medicine applications. The acquisition of Capintec is consistent with the Mirion strategic expansion plan, which is focused on enhancing its portfolio of industry leading technology offerings across a range of core and adjacent end markets. Mirion is excited to obtain Capintec’s state-of-the-art products and services in multiple areas – research, problem-solving and product development.
