Description

Mirion Technologies (Conax Nuclear)’s NSCs offers quick, reliable disconnect and reconnect: eliminates costly cut and splice procedures.

Metal-to-metal seals eliminate organic “O” rings and gaskets, ending seal replacement maintenance. Epoxies are not used anywhere in the assembly.

The connector assemblies are rated for 40 years service at 225 °F (107 °C) ambient. Radiation resistance to 225 megarads. Qualified for Class 1E requirements.

Standard designs allow for retrofit into existing Class 1E applications and provide direct field termination to Ml cable, sensor or instrument device housing. All metal components are constructed of 316 stainless steel.

IMPORTANT: minimize personnel radiation exposure time - ALARA.
