Part of any successful program is regular, scheduled maintenance of equipment. This maintenance allows you to maximize your up time by keeping equipment performing to original specifications and spotting potential problems before they have a chance to adversely affect operations.


We recognize the importance of your operations and the substantial cost implications of equipment being out of service. We, therefore, offer a range of support services with response times commensurate with your needs. This can range from critical (same day) support to “best effort” support for less critical activities. We use locally-based staff to ensure the most rapid response wherever possible.

Customer Support Agreement

At the heart of all Mirion support services is the Customer Support Agreement. We’ll work with you to design a tailor-made program based on your specific needs, including services such as installed equipment support, mission critical activities, Calibration and Consulting Services, and other elements.
